Global e-waste recovery market to triple


The worldwide market for e-waste recovery, fuelled by Europe’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive, is set to almost treble in the next four years, according to a new study. The combined impact of the global economic recovery and strengthening e-waste recycling legislation worldwide will drive improved recycling and recovery rates in each of the next five years.
